Somnandi Industries is proud to announce the successful completion of a specialized acoustic engineering project for the Adani Group. We are a leading Acoustic Enclosure Manufacturer in India. This important infrastructure project involved designing, fabricating, and installing custom gas turbine acoustic enclosures to tackle high-decibel noise from a heavy-duty gas turbine working under extreme thermal and mechanical conditions.

The project was carried out under a full turnkey model, covering every stage of execution in-house, from initial surveys to final commissioning. The scope included:

• On-Site Acoustic Survey & Requirement Analysis:
  A dedicated team of acoustic engineers conducted a thorough assessment of existing noise levels, turbine specifications, thermal discharge patterns, and space limitations in the installation area.

• Custom Acoustic Design & Engineering:
  Using 3D modeling, thermal analysis, and structural simulations, our design team developed a modular acoustic enclosure that fit the turbine's operational layout. The design considered factors like airflow, heat dissipation, vibration control, and ease of maintenance.

• Precision Fabrication & Quality Control:
  With CNC cutting and welding systems, we produced all enclosure panels in our ISO-certified facility. The materials are very performant, sound absorbent. Each unit has gone through rigorous quality checks for size accuracy, mechanical strength, and acoustic performance.

• On-Site Assembly & Installation:
  Our trained field engineers and technicians treated very close working relationships with the project management teams of Adani in conjunction for effective installation. Modular panels were assembled with very high-tolerance joints, thermal insulation seals, and their own maintenance access points.

• Final Testing & Acoustic Validation:
  The last stage of the enclosure installation process involved acoustic testing, which was performed to establish the actual degree of the net reduction in noise to ensure that it is in accordance with client requirements and CPCB noise standards. This ensures the Noise Reduction Solutions are in line with both performance and regulatory standards.
